WOOSTER, Ohio — Ohio State University’s 2011 Wooster Campus Scarlet, Gray and Green Fair, set for April 19 at the Ohio Agricultural Research and Development Center (OARDC), is soliciting exhibitors.
Businesses and organizations that contribute to a healthier environment and more sustainable society are welcome. Exhibits can be educational or promotional and can sell a product or service. Applications are due March 1.
The Wooster Campus Scarlet, Gray and Green Fair is a free public program on the environment and how to improve it. “Green Is for Life!” is the theme. Last year’s event drew 67 exhibitors and 2,000 people.
Coordinating sponsors are Ohio State’s College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences; OARDC, the Agricultural Technical Institute and Ohio State University Extension — all three are part of the college; and the Wayne County Sustainable Energy Network.
