COLUMBUS, Ohio — The latest in agricultural information and food, farm and environmental policies and markets will be highlighted in the upcoming 2004 Ohio State University Extension Agricultural Outlook and Policy Program.
The series of informational meetings will be held from Nov. 15-Dec. 14 at various locations throughout the state. The annual Appalachian Policy and Outlook Program is also scheduled in March and April of next year.
Topics of discussion throughout the program schedule include grain, dairy and livestock markets, and highlights on technology, energy, policy and demographics. Locations for the Agricultural Outlook and Policy Program are as follows:
• Nov. 15 — Ohio State Extension Office, Marietta, $15 per person.
• Nov. 22 — 1st Citizens National Bank, Upper Sandusky, $20 per person.
• Nov. 22 — Ohio State Extension Office, Bryan, $10 per person.
• Nov. 23 — Schnipke Inn, Ottawa, $20 per person.
• Nov. 30 — 810 Fair Road, Sidney, $7 per person.
• Nov. 30 — Champaign County Community Center, Urbana, $25 per person.
• Dec. 1 — Elks Lodge, Bowling Green, $20 per person.
• Dec. 1 — Fairgrounds Entertainment Building, Attica, $10 per person.
• Dec. 1 — Plaza Inn, Mt. Victory, $20 per person.
• Dec. 7 — OARDC Fisher Auditorium, Wooster.
• Dec. 14 — Williamsport, location TBA.
